Nice place—clean with a great ocean view. 10-minute drive to the center of P-Town. It was a little tricky to find the unit at first, but we found it! Make sure to get exact directions before going. I would stay here again.

We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
Our dedicated parking space can accommodate up to 3 cars
For additional parking, there are private paid parking lots closer to the center of town along Bradford St. and Town lots on Johnson St
and at MacMillan Pier
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
